Player Forms
The complete set of materials necessary for player registration by mail is available here in the Player Application Package. To register by mail, print out the package, complete all forms, and mail with payment.

Manager/Coach Forms
Adults who are interested in managing or coaching a team may apply by mail. Please complete and mail the following Manager/Coach application, which includes a Volunteer Background Form. Other adults working with players should complete and return just the Volunteer Background Form.
Youth Umpires and Scorekeepers
Applications for youth umpires (ages 14-18) and scorekeepers (ages 12-18) are available below. Both youth umpires and scorekeepers are paid positions. Umpire applications should be submitted by January 11th. Scorekeeper applications should be submitted by January 25th.
