Rules Manual
Little League International has published its Umpire School Rules Manual, which reviews umpiring implications of the entire Little League Rules and Regulations. For a copy of the manual, Click Here. (Note: this is a large file that may take some time to download).

In 2008 FCLL will again offer a Youth Umpire Program under which area youth will umpire some softball and AAA baseball games on a paid basis. Most youth umpires will handle the field (base) position with adult volunteers handling the plate, though qualified youth may also handle plate umpiring duties on occasion. For questions regarding the Youth Umpire Program, please email Elaine Meacham at emeacham@fcll.org.
