As part of its implementation of the PCA program, FCLL seeks annual parent and (for upper divisions) player
feedback regarding each coach in the Foster City program. This evaluation process is designed to encourage the continuous improvement of coaching levels, provide
feedback to individual coaches, and assist in the Board's selection of managers and coaches in future years.
FCLL undertakes its evaluations in the late spring of each year. All evaluations are anonymous. Players in the Majors and AAA divisions of baseball and softball are asked to complete a Player Coach Evaluation. Parents in all divisions are asked to complete a Parent Coach Evaluation. Completed evaluations may be deposited at the snack shack or mailed to FCLL at P.O. Box 4011, Foster City, CA., 94404.
