The year 2007 featured 7 Majors, 7 AAA, 7 AA and 10 Minor-B baseball teams. T-Ball was divided into two levels, with 8 T-1 teams and 10 T-2 teams.
Softball enjoyed its fourth season, with some changes in structure. Majors teams moved to the new Foster City Youth Softball Association, while FCLL featured 4 AAA, 6 Minors and 4 T-Ball teams.
